The Coldwell Banker brand was founded in 1906 in San Francisco as a response to the need for reliable advice after the Great Earthquake. We have been operating in Poland as Nuvalu since 2008, and have been part of Coldwell Banker Commercial since 2025. Our model combines global standards with local specialization, enabling us to deliver complex projects for corporate and institutional clients across the country.
